The double-wall construction does two useful things: it holds the drink at temperature, and it keeps the outer surface cool enough to hold comfortably even with something hot inside. The borosilicate glass handles a range from -20 C to 100 C, which covers boiling water going in and a freezer-cold drink coming out. It is leak-proof, comes apart completely for cleaning, and ships with a carry strap.
