Adding flour to a running mixer is how kitchens end up dusted white. This funnel attaches to the accessory port on a tilt-head stand mixer and channels flour, sugar, cocoa or liquids straight down into the bowl, with nothing escaping over the rim.
It stays attached when the mixer head is lifted or tilted, so it does not need removing between steps, and it works while the machine is running. The wide mouth makes pouring from a bag straightforward and the guided spout keeps the stream controlled. It is moulded from thick polypropylene, rinses clean by hand and stores flat in a drawer.
