Stainless Steel Fruit Slicer - Watermelon and Apple Wedge Cutter, 8 or 12 Slices
A circular cutter that turns a whole watermelon into even wedges in one press. The same tool works on apples and other firm fruit, which makes it as useful for a lunchbox as for a table full of people in summer.
The stainless steel blades are ground at a cutting angle over 60 degrees, so they part the flesh cleanly instead of crushing it - the difference between neat wedges and a bruised mess. Blade length is around 2 cm, deep enough for a standard watermelon or a large apple. There is no spring and no locking mechanism to learn: place it on the fruit and push through. Two patterns are available, cutting either 8 or 12 wedges.
