A bento box built for a school bag, which means it has to survive being carried sideways by someone not paying attention. Four sturdy snap clasps around the sides hold the lid down firmly, so what goes in stays in.
Inside, three compartments keep foods apart - no sauce running into the fruit, no soggy crackers. A small removable bowl handles soup, dip or yoghurt, and a matching spoon stows inside the box so it cannot be left behind on the kitchen counter. Four lid designs are available, and the smooth plastic surface wipes or rinses clean at the end of the day.
