35 cm Curved Pizza Cutter - Stainless Steel Rocker Blade with Wooden Handle
A wheel cutter drags toppings across a pizza; a rocker blade presses straight down through it. This one has a 35 cm curved stainless steel blade, wide enough to cross a full pizza in one motion so the slice arrives intact rather than rearranged.
The wooden handle gives a comfortable grip and enough leverage to push through a thick crust without the blade skidding. Stainless steel holds its edge through repeated use and goes in the dishwasher afterwards. Beyond pizza it works on focaccia, rolled pasta dough and pastry.
