A small hand mixer that covers the jobs a full-size one is overkill for: frothing milk for a coffee, whipping a little cream, beating a couple of eggs. At around 167 g it is genuinely one-handed, so you can hold a jug in the other.
Three speed settings give real control over texture - low for light milk foam, higher for stiffer cream or beaten eggs - rather than a single flat-out setting. The whisk is 304 stainless steel and detaches for rinsing under the tap, and the motor charges over USB so there are no batteries to replace. Two whisk attachments and a charging cable are included.
