Eight interchangeable stainless steel blades covering the cuts that come up in real cooking: a 6 mm dicer, a 12 mm dicer, a garnish cutter, a slicer, a fine slicer, julienne, fine julienne and a grater. Onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, courgettes, eggs and cheese all go through the same frame.

Everything drops into a large transparent catch container underneath, so nothing scatters across the worktop and there is no separate bowl to wash. A soft food holder in the press-down lid keeps the food in place, and a safety holder protects your fingers when pushing smaller pieces through. Two blade holder inserts keep the unused blades organised and covered rather than loose in a drawer. All removable parts are dishwasher safe.
